Each morning, the hotel’s beautiful breakfast room opens its doors. Here you can enjoy a wide selection of both international favorites and local specialties, including schiacciata toscana (a thin and crispy flatbread).
However, the culinary highlight of the hotel is PORTALE by Paulo Airaudo. This fabulous restaurant was developed in collaboration with eight-Michelin-starred Italian chef, Paulo Airaudo. It serves a great selection of Italian dishes, including Fassona beef tartare, beef fillet Rossini-style with a potato mille-feuille, and summer truffle and basil panna cotta with strawberries and balsamic.
