However, the culinary highlight of the hotel is PORTALE by Paulo Airaudo. This fabulous restaurant was developed in collaboration with eight-Michelin-starred Italian chef, Paulo Airaudo. It serves a great selection of Italian dishes, including Fassona beef tartare, beef fillet Rossini-style with a potato mille-feuille, and summer truffle and basil panna cotta with strawberries and balsamic. 

If you’d like a drink, visit the Lobby Bar. Here, Tonino will tempt you with one of his creations, such as our signature cocktail: Per Non Dormire.

Take your taste buds on a tour of Italy’s finest delicacies, with dishes including Fassona beef tartare, spaghetti Nerano-style with raw scampi, and beef fillet Rossini-style, with a potato mille-feuille and summer truffle. For dessert, try our tempting basil panna cotta with strawberries and balsamic. It’s the perfect palate cleanser.
