Fabelhaftes Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Personal

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet: Top Lage mitten im Zentrum mit super Aussicht. Das Essen war vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen einfach herrlich. Was uns aber besonders begeistert hat, ist das wirklich außergewöhnlich freundliche und engagierte Personal, die uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt äußerst zuvorkommend behandelt hat. Der Gast ist dort definitv Kaiser und sie lassen keine Gelegenheit aus, Dir dieses Gefühl zu vermitteln. Das Interior ist top modern, gepflegt und sehr sauber! Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Great hotel, staff, and location!

The hotel was right next to the Roma Fora and was an ideal location to get to the sites in the city. Roof deck bar has one of the best views in the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful and all times. Would be my pick for any return trip to Rome

One of the best choices in Rome

Excellent overall experience. Amazing location of the hotel, our room had the best view ever, the staff was super friendly and professionals and the whole place (room etc included) was very clean, everywhere smelled really nice. Highly recommended, there is no better opton when you visit Rome

Memorable Experience ath the NH Collection Roma

This Hotel is in a great location, just a stones throw from the Victor Emmanuel Monument and about 35 minutes taxi ride to FCO airport. Staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a good selection and quality of products. Decor of the room and bathroom were great. Storage was a little limited but not an issue for short stays. I would have given 5 stars for the Room if the view was better. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the near future.

Great Hotel

Great hotel in a perfect location just around the corner from the Colosseum meaning you can walk everywhere. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Would definitely book an NH collection holel in the future.

Most excellent place to stay in Rome

The hotel is excellently located literally steps away from Trajen's Column in the ruins. Colosseum is less than 6 blocks away. It is so easy to navigate the city from the hotel. The staff is superior and excellent in every way. Friendly, pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms are new and super modern and very clean. The interior of the hotel is very quiet and you do not hear noise from above or below. The rooms are quite warm even in the winter so you will prob need to open the window if you sleep hot. The beds are comfortable. Coffee makers provided and items replenished daily. The cooked-to-order breakfast is excellent and service is outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an excellent 5 star experience.
