The gym is free of charge and open exclusively to hotel guests. It comes with state-of-the-art exercise machines and a selection of weights, as well as changing rooms and free towels. You’ll find it on the 4th floor next to the swimming pool and sun terrace.

Located on the fourth floor, our summer solarium terrace is designed for enjoying the outdoors in a relaxed urban setting during the summer season. Spacious and bright, it is the perfect place to sunbathe, unwind, or enjoy a moment of calm in the heart of the city during the warmer months. The terrace features tables, chairs, and elegant parasols, creating different areas for your comfort, whether in the sun or in the shade throughout the summer season.

The summer solarium terrace and pool area are available exclusively during the summer season, from early June to mid-September, and remain closed for the rest of the year.

Our summer outdoor swimming pool, located on the fourth floor of NH Collection Madrid Colón, is an urban oasis where you can enjoy the sun and relaxation in a bright and tranquil setting during the summer months. Surrounded by a pleasant summer solarium terrace with sun loungers, it is the perfect place to relax, cool off, and enjoy the warmest days of the summer season.

The summer pool is available exclusively during the summer season, from early June to mid-September, and remains closed for the rest of the year. To confirm exact summer opening and closing dates, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.

The hotel offers a complimentary short-term luggage storage service exclusively for registered guests, under the following circumstances:

• Upon arrival: Should your room not yet be ready at the time of arrival; we will be pleased to store your luggage until access to your room is available.
• Upon departure: Following check-out, luggage may be stored on the same day only, until your final departure from the hotel.

Service conditions:

• This service is subject to availability and operational requirements.
• Please note that the hotel does not offer long-term or overnight luggage storage facilities.

The hotel provides a limited parcel handling service exclusively for guests, subject to the following conditions:

Guests with a confirmed reservation (prior to arrival):

• Only shipments addressed to the name on the reservation will be accepted.
• A maximum of two (2) parcels per reservation will be admitted.
• Deliveries must arrive no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Guests are kindly requested to notify the hotel in advance of any incoming deliveries.

Guests currently staying at the hotel:

• Only parcels addressed to registered in-house guests will be accepted.
• Received items will be delivered directly to the guest’s room.
• Due to storage limitations and operational constraints, the hotel is unable to hold or store parcels on behalf of guests.

• The hotel does not offer parcel storage services prior to arrival or after departure, outside the conditions stated above.
