Una de las mejores estancias.

Agradable estanccia, un trato muy profesional por parte de todos los empleados, el desayuno buffet delicioso. La relación precio-calidad es muy buena. No tienen estacionamiento, pero al estar el hotel en la plaza puedes dejar el vehículo en el estacionamiento de la plaza y al momento de validar tu ticket en el hotel, te hacen descuento del 50% en el costo final del estacionamiento ($15.00 la hora del boleto ya validado por el hotel). Las instalaciones del hotel son bonitas y se respira un aire de tranquilidad.

I’ll be back

NH is excellent Hotel with lot of restaurants nearby. Their gym is very Good. Breakfast serves tasty variety of sortiments.

Stayed 4 Nights

Overall the Hotel was excellent it has great staff and very clean rooms! Absolutely will come back if ever go back in that area. Recommend the room with the view of the city, it has so much space and beautiful view

Beautiful room

The NH Hotel is located in the Financial District of Guadalajara. The views from the higher floors are spectacular day and night! The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked flawlessly. My favorite restaurants are only 100 feet away.

Classy, convenient, modern, business hotel

The emphasis here is on the rooms. They are beautifully decorated and have all the bells and whistles a hotel should have in 2023. Everything works and is very clean. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Views are great. Surrounding area is full of restaurants. Security guards on the streets. Uber easy to get. Public areas and in-house restaurant are a bit small. Breakfast buffet is great. I'd stay again.

Already looking toward our next visit

This was our first time staying in Providencia. NH Collection was a great suggestion from a family member who mostly travels on business. We were there recreationally. It was pretty easy to access the main roads to go anywhere. There were many parks & great restaurants in walking distance. The parkade is on site & affordable. We had a lovely view. The bed was firm, but not stiff so very comfortable. The breakfast was chock full of delicious options. We look forward to our next stay here. We stayed a few nights & got a great deal.

Great Property!

We were invited to the Guadalajara Country Club for a week and found this hotel to be ideally located. The complimentary shuttle to GCC was an added bonus. The property a variety of great restaurants within a short walk including fast food (Carl's & Popeye's). One drawback is there is rarely a waiting taxi as the main access point is on a side street. The NH staff is quick to contact one and the wait is generally short. The only caution is with the NH Rewards program. Granted, you get 5% off the room rate for joining the program BUT, if you read the fine print in the Terms and Conditions, you do not collect points on your first stay. I think it is a poor way to start a loyalty program. Had I known this "loophole" I would have booked for 1 night and then made another booking for the other 9 nights of my stay.

Great

Close to the Country Club friendly service. Shuttle service was a bonus, nice restaurants in close proximity to the hotel and convenience stores right down the street if you happened to forget anything.
