We cordially invite you to discover a special exhibition right in our hotel. In cooperation with the Nuremberg Toy Museum and the artists Birgit Osten and Anna Heidenhain, the exhibition "In my suitcase I pack... toys from Nuremberg!" was created – a tribute to Nuremberg's rich toy tradition.
As soon as you enter our hotel, you'll be immersed in a world of imagination: Two large-format display cases at the hotel entrance introduce the exhibition and guide you into the hotel foyer. There you'll find:
• The "Happy Toy Town" by Nuremberg artist Birgit Osten, who reinterprets the toy town of Nuremberg in vibrant watercolors and humorous pop art – a work of art created exclusively for the hotel.
• The Toy Hotel by Anna Heidenhain, a nearly three-meter-long miniature hotel constructed from dollhouse furniture, tells little hotel stories and invites visitors to take a closer look.
• Historical photographs of children playing and a replica of an Art Nouveau hotel room bring the past to life.
• Wooden toys and stuffed animals to touch and play with – a delight for guests of all ages.
In keeping with this, we have transformed our hotel into a "place of play": In the foyer, you will regularly find new puzzles, patience games, and play stations – an offering that is met with great enthusiasm by our guests.
