A Collection of Distinctive Spaces - NH Collection New York Madison Avenue offers spaces for intimate meetings, conferences or private gatherings in Midtown Manhattan. Catering and private dining experiences are available in partnership with the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Serafina, with customized menus tailored to each event. Meeting planners may also work with their approved off-site or preferred caterers to bring in their own food offerings. For groups with a contracted room block whose meeting requirements exceed the hotel’s on-site capacity, the team can recommend preferred off-site venues located within a five-minute walk.
The Park Avenue Meeting Room offers 602 square feet of meeting space and accommodates up to 30 guests theater-style, 26 classroom-style, or 16 in a U-shape configuration. The room features natural daylight through soundproof windows overlooking East 38th Street. Complimentary amenities include bottled water, Wi-Fi, basic meeting supplies (pads and pens), coat storage, and access to a private restroom. Smart screens and flip charts are available for an additional fee.
Located just off the lobby, the Piano Room provides a warm, inviting setting for semi-private receptions, celebrations, and cocktail gatherings. The space features a fireplace and 1950s-inspired furnishings, including tufted sofas, lounge chairs, and banquette seating. The room accommodates up to 50 guests for a cocktail-style reception within 750 square feet.
Located on the hotel’s top floor, the Empire State Penthouse Suite offers sweeping city views and a private terrace overlooking its iconic namesake. The 784-square-foot suite accommodates seated private lunches or dinners for up to 26 guests. With distinct living, dining, and entertaining areas, the space is ideal for elevated dinners, private celebrations, or exclusive meetings above the city.
