Located in business location near calle 100, NH hotel is nice but yet simple with great helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable. I have been staying at this NH in most of trips to Bogota and it has not disappointed me. An easy place to recommend.
Really loved my stay here, the staff was friendly, room was lovely and clean and it made my trip so much better! They accommodated a change that I requested really quickly, they were always so friendly whenever we passed by the reception and the facilities were well taken care of...

As an English-speaker, I was pleased that the front desk staff spoke English and was able to translate with other staff.
I was on business trip for over three months and the staff at NH cien made me feel at home. Specially Alex, Andrea, and William they were so attentive and were always there for anything I needed. Great team!
Very good maintenance and service. The glass doors were not well adjusted since one of them did not close properly and the other was scratching the floor. Breakfast good and the dinner as well. The entrance in the side walk there are ramps that difficult the transit of vehicles.
