We stayed here for five days over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and there was a lovely range of breakfast food with nice background music. Rooms and corridors were very clean and welcoming with Xmas decorations. On Christmas Day there was a special touch with free chocolates left in the room. The view from our room was lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to have a return stay.
A wonderful hotel that made our trip to Santiago truly special! Everyone at the front desk was friendly, kind, and helpful. We appreciated the proximity to the airport as well as Santiago. The city is easily accessible by foot (about a 20 minute walk or so). They were even able to call a taxi to the airport for us so that our trip back was a breeze. Wonderful place to stay, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Santiago!
