Skiing in the Monterosa Ski area means immersing yourself in 160 km of perfectly groomed slopes, suitable for all levels, with baby slopes and lessons dedicated to the little ones, even with a hotel pick-up service. But winter at Mirtillo is not just about skiing: every day we organize snow excursions, visits to nearby villages, traditional mountain huts, farms, and activities designed for those who don’t ski, to experience the mountains in all their facets.
In recent years, the desire for the mountains has grown stronger than ever: skiing, snowboarding, sports, and fun for the whole family. For the little ones, book ski lessons in advance to ensure instructor availability. Lessons take place in the World Ski Area (from December 26 to March 9) or in the Monterosa Ski area (from December 1 to 25 and from March 10 onwards). The hotel offers, upon request, a convenient shuttle service to the lessons.

The Monterosa Ski area connects three renowned resorts: Alagna Valsesia, Gressoney, and Champoluc. It boasts 42 ski lifts, 160 km of perfectly groomed slopes, and 60 km of runs with artificial snow coverage. Blue, red, and black slopes for every skill level, plus a baby area in the village and another at 2,000 meters with a conveyor belt for the little ones.
