From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER): Take the FEX airport express train to the main station Hauptbahnhof, then change to the S-Bahn and travel one stop to Friedrichstraße. The S-Bahn line S9 takes you directly from BER Airport to Friedrichstraße station.
